Try contacting the Service Desk. I don't know if they will go through all of the verification work required just to restore your account. Obviously, you've already created a new account. By the way, having 2 accounts is prohibited. Anyway, good luck.

Metaquotes doesn't disclose the reason(s)─similarly to a bank. Doing so could encourage gaming of the system.

Everything would be fine but virtual assistent doesn't answering nothing about that situation so I don't know what to do. I can delete my account but I need my real login where I made a mistake in email section. Why was I let to create account if that email doesn't exist?

That's a good question. Every other website on the planet requires email verification for registration purposes.

After giving it a 2nd thought, it seems to me that as you never had the registered email address of your first account, you're technically not the owner of that account.

I think that the simple solution is to just keep on using your current account.

I got my code and password from the platform when I register but each time I want to login now I am told that the password is wrong. What do I do?

which is it? in your op you said that you "wrote [your] email wrongly", OR "[you] got code and password from the platform"?

if you have the wrong email, then, you have to contact service desk, and explain your problem and then tell them that you have 2 accounts and then tell them which one you want to keep: because both will be deleted if you have more than 1 account Tell them which one you want to keep

The bot is not hard to use.
