Cannot login to Exness Account

Hi,

I created demo account at Exness. The server it gives me is Exness-MT5Trial15. In the MetaTrader open account, the server is not available in the dropdown list to login.

I am new to this world. Can someone help me please.

If you already created this demo account with this broker so you can just connect it to Exness-MT5Trial15 by using the following instruction:

MetaTrader 5 Help → Getting Started → Connect to an Account

If you're using the Metaquotes Beta MT5 platform that is downloaded directly from Metaquotes, it's easier to download the Release MT5 platform from your broker-dealer─the broker-dealer name should automatically display.

If and when you're ready to trade live, you really don't want to use the Metaquotes Beta MT5 platform anyway.

I have same case, I open an account on my Exness Broker, and it gave me Exness-MT5Real44... 

I tried to login on my MT5 app on my laptop, this server (Exness-MT5Real44) doesn't exist in the dropdown lists. 

So i manually typed the server name, but still didn't connected. 

However, on my Tablet and Phone MT5 App, this server name is in the dropdown lists and able to connect on the server.

I tried raising this to Exness Technical Agent, also, they don't know why it happened, ended up, raising a ticket to investigater further.
