Regulary blocked from mql5.com, very frustrating

Is anyone regularly blocked from the mql5.com server? Both of my servers are blocked from time to time, preventing from accessing mql5.com or logging in. This is very annoying and frustrating :(

Error message: Access to www.mql5.com was denied. You don't have the user rights to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403

How can I fix this? I can't change the IP address because it's not a dynamic IP address. I also can't use a VPN to change the IP address.
