Access to the MT4 version of the EA

Hello,

I recently purchased an EA (MT5 version), but I realized that I am unable to use MetaTrader 5 due to regulatory restrictions in my country (France). My broker only allows me to trade on MetaTrader 4.

As a result, I cannot use the product I purchased.

I would like to kindly request:
- access to the MT4 version of the EA
- and cancellation or deactivation of my MT5 license, since it is unusable for me

I have already paid for the product, and I am only asking to switch to the MT4 version, which I understand is available.

Such kind of replacements are not possible through the normal MQL5.com Market procedure.

I fear that your current broker-dealer is "selling you dead cats." I did a quick search for FX broker-dealers in France and most of them offer MT5.
