If you are in China, then you should try using a vpn to dl from this site. Chinese officials are breaking and blocking both viewing and dl from many forex sites.

It does not work like that. Because activations are per hardware/computer + software/OS + authorization method in Windows.
It means - it should be downloaded directly from the Market to your PC (otherwise - it will not work).
