Backup your MT5 Data Folder by copying and pasting it to your desktop or wherever, uninstall Beta MT5, and install your desired Release MT5 from Releases - angevoyageur/MT5-Last-Official-Release - MQL5 Algo Forge.
Then copy and paste your Data Folder to the Data Folder directory of Release MT5, and restart MT5.

If you only want to transfer your custom files, just copy and paste your MQL5 folder. This is how I did it in the past.
I only mention the entire Data Folder because some people have custom files saved in strange places.
No worries. That's a logical question. I actually debated it prior to posting.
