all my market indikator error

i have a problem my market indikator is error ,i cant atach it in a new chart ,can help me fix this

You can check the Journal of Metatrader about possible error.

And according to my experience - I can not attach Market indicators if the activations of them were lost. In this case - I delete those indicators from Metatrader and install them once again from same Metatrader (and one activation will be used because of that).
