This usually happens if you cancel your subscription too many times.
The only way to try and resolve it, is through the Service Desk.
Try to answer the bot questions in a logical manner and open a ticket.

I have canceled to many times VPS. I didn't know how migrate a VPS to different account and I canceled this 4 times. Now it looks like Im banned or something because VPS icon on MT5 is grayed. Can I do something with it?
