I cant find EA which i bought

Hello i bought EA from 1 year and when i try to install page not found what can i do for this issue ?
 

The installation is made directly from Metatrader.
So, first of all - check this EA in your profile (just to be sure that you bought it by using your profile - in case you have two profiles for example):
