trouble with login details and password

i have been logging into mql5 via google and have purchased something but dont know my login or password. does anyone know how i can find out those details or even who i contact for information?
 

If you are about Community tab of Metatrader so this tab is located in Tools - Options - Community (in Metatrader).
Your login is jknight2035 because the link to your profile is https://www.mql5.com/en/users/jknight2035 

As to password so it is required for Community tab to be native password, and if you are having the google related password so you can change it:

i can't login with my google account because mt4 pc terminal not have google login options

If you forgot your password, or you registered using google or facebook so use the following link to get new password for example:
