Even the simplest code can make many mistakes.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS very clear
when expert #1 close ticket #xxxxx, other expert when reaching to this ticket, message "invalid ticket"
ho i can make expert 2 to knwp in advance it was closed . . some milliseconds ago!!
