VPS invoice missing billing period

Hello!

I just rented VPS services and downloaded the invoice, but the INVOICE is missing important data - the rental period for how long I rented VPS services is not indicated, and therefore my broker rejected my invoice.

Virtual assistant is crap, because he does not understand such a problem.

How can I get an invoice that also includes the rental period of the service in the description?

 
I have no idea about invoce for MQL5 VPS (is it about MQL5 VPS right? Is it not any broker's VPS?) so you can write to the service desk, for example:
