Are you referring to some Market product? If so, please discuss the issue with the seller and not here in the forum.

If it is something else, then please provide more detailed information and screenshots (including your Journal) if possible.

It depends on which way did you use to pay: Visa/Mastercard or MQL5 forum account/profile.

  • If you paid by Visa/Mastercard so you should wait for the several days (because it is int'l payment);
  • if you paid by using your MQL5 forum account/profile so it is almost immediately accepted (but it may be some delay for a day for example).

Logout of your MQL5 account, restart your MT5 terminal, login into your MQL5 account again.

In MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and check your purchases.

In case you still don't see the product on the list of your purchases in your MT5 terminal, try the following:

Close ALL your MetaTrader terminals

  1. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  2. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  3. Open the MetaTrader terminal
  4. Try to install your product again
Should be fine.
