Hello,
One additional technical point came to mind that may also be relevant in this scenario.
My MetaTrader terminals are configured to start automatically via Windows Task Scheduler when the system boots.
When I extended drive C and clicked Apply, the system restarted, and immediately after Windows booted, the MetaTrader terminals started automatically.
It is possible that at this stage:
MetaTrader started before all disk changes were fully stabilized
The terminal’s data (data folder, Market information, MQL5 login) became inconsistent or was reset
As a result, the MQL5 account was logged out and Market EAs were removed
After logging back into my MQL5 account and reinstalling the EAs from Market → Purchases, an activation was consumed.
If this analysis is correct, it means that even without reinstalling Windows and without using the product on a second system, an automatic MetaTrader startup after disk-level changes can lead to unintended activation consumption.

This was already discussed as a possible cause.
I recommend that you delete your vps and start over. make the disk a fixed size, do not use dynamic; and do not change the size of the disk in the future because the vps may keep the first settings and do as you describe -- change the disk size again upon restarting the vps every time.
