MT5 build 5431 => Access Server build 5370
5370 is the server side build used.
MT5 server is not necessarily directly using the same build as the Terminal. Additionally some brokers are very slow sometimes to update their servers, certainly when it's a demo server.

I have a question — it doesn’t affect the trading process, but I’m curious. I’ve already updated my MT5 to build 5431, but in the connection notification it shows build 5370 (as in the image). Why is that?
