Can I change lot size on my signal? Or would I change leverage to a higher leverage if I am happy with the performance of a signal?

I have subsrcibed to a signal, but with the balance that matches the provider it is making just a few dollars, just enough to cover costs. How do I increase profit? Does lot size change with my balance? Can I manually change lot size? Or is increasing leverage an idea? 

My apologies, I am struggling to find answers in this wilderness of information:)
