I have an ABA accredited Juris Doctor law degree, so I'm chiming in. In most jurisdictions, a contract is voided where a party thereto is denied the right to retain a copy of said contract--because one simply cannot follow the terms and conditions of a contract that one cannot keep, reference, nor read for future compliance purposes.

By the way, copies of the contract at issue are already published on multiple third-party websites--and information in the public domain has no legal expectation of privacy. You could say that this thread is moot.
