New article payments and payment methods is published: author: metaquotes. Question: if the payment was made by credit card, in case i wanted to prelevere what system i use. As i understand , you can't withdraw money with credit card system
 
I have been using it since this month, noticed it stopped working today I want to find out if it's a general issue

You need to contact Service Desk. Typically, the Service Desk responds within a few days, although extended delays can happen if there’s high volume. Rest assured, they will get back to you.
