ALERTS Disappearing from Desktop View

Hi, I have 2 accounts and in one account the ALERTS that get generated stays afloat and only if I minimize it goes down. But in the other account it is simply disappearing when I toggle screens and come back to the account.   How to make these alerts stay AFLOAT.  Which setting should I alter to make it stay AFLOAT. Have attached the screen shots of both the account

there is no way. I avoid some of this by putting my terminals on a 2nd desktop and halving that down the middle of the screen, place the terminals on 1 side, and the dialogue boxes on the 2nd side, positioning each dialgue box so that they do not overlap. But this behaviour still happens if i click on the wrong window.

at bottom of every page on this site is a link "Contacts and Requests", however, you issue is normal behaviour of the terminal, so you wont get any help. They will only advise you same as i did.

And considering that 0 moderators have given a response, then, i would assume that they have no fixes either.
