Anyway, I would never use this at the weekend as I will never trade at the weekend when forex markets are closed (and I have no interest in crypto).

You had linked a line from documentation proving that what you say holds substance. That's what people should do so that their discussion is clear and not cryptic.

He does hate, trust me. He will delete forum posts if you offer extra tips or advice to someone and will then call that "off-topic". Now he is talking about bad code/good code. Lol this is a fine way to code a bar timer, and it was meant to be educational so that it could be used in other frameworks. Use OnTimer based bar timers if 100% precision is paramount.

This is your misperception. By trying to spot hate that doesn't exist, you're preventing yourself from absorbing technical information.

Nah I know what he's been trying to say with OnTimer. I understand this framework very well. Note that I also wrote in the description that other people have coded this already. I decided to code this other way using modulus merely as an addition. I don't care which bar timer people will prefer using, I won't have a problem using this one myself, as there will always be quotes Monday - Friday especially if there are a lot of symbols in MarketWatch, and I don't believe I'll have any problems with TimeCurrent().
