can't seem to install any new EA's

I am trying to install MT5 EA's by : File > open data folder > MLQ5 > Experts. I am trying to paste my copied EA's in this folder but nothing happens. In MT4 I didn't have this problem. I am sure to use the correct MT5 Ea's. 

What's wrong?

try this. on navigator window, right click on a ea or indicator, and click "Refresh". or close mt5 and restart it. See if your files appear.

EDIT: Check your logs for errors and post them here.

If this is about installing MQL5.com Market purchases, follow these steps:

Log into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community.

In MT4 go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

In MT5 go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

Please note that simply copying and pasting ex4/5 files from one MT4/5 terminal to another will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.

Additionally, ensure you remain logged into your MQL5 account at all times for the proper functioning of your purchase.
