Chart Trade Order Lines

New to MetaTrader 5.  When I place orders the order is typed on the left side of the chart screen at the appropriate level but no line at the level of the trade or pending order crosses the screen.

Go to Tools > Options > Charts and enable "Show trade levels". Then you will see the horizontal line for your orders.
