not Update Actual values From calendar MT5, and Tradays app android

Hi,Calendar ,Tradays app android, since 08,25 no update for Actual values, and  From calendar MT5 pls what happen? any information?
 

Hi Tarek,
It looks like the Economic Calendar backend (Tradays/MetaQuotes) had a temporary data outage this morning, so “Actual” values may stop updating even if your internet is fine. It’s not broker-side.

A few quick checks you can try:

  1. MT5 (desktop/mobile): restart the terminal, open the Calendar tab and refresh; make sure the correct countries/events are enabled and your time zone is correct.

  2. Tradays (Android): update the app from Play Store, toggle Wi-Fi/mobile data, keep Automatic date & time ON, and clear the app cache if needed.

  3. If the feed still doesn’t refresh, it’s likely on the server side,please report it to MetaQuotes Service Desk with your MT5 build number, device/OS, time zone, and a screenshot. That helps them restore the feed faster.
