I had to uninstall MT5 and all my account data. How can I recover all my EAs and VPS server

this morning when i woke up my mt5 has some weird chinese account and i cannot delete it and cannot log in to my account or access my EAs

so I did what i had to do but now I reinstall MT5 and Log in o MQL5 community but cannot recover EAs and VPS is there any way to recover it.

If you login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your kjnile login, you will find and install your MQL5.com Market purchases, by going to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases.

Also you will find any assigned MQL5 VPS under your trading account in the Navigator window.

Also you will find any assigned MQL5 VPS under your trading account in the Navigator window.

Thanks for the reply. I've try it but still sees nothing in "My Purchases".

1. Logout of your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community.

2. Restart your computer/VPS and MT5 terminal.

3. Login into your MQL5 account again in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your kjnile login.

4. Check the Journal tab for a 'successful authorization' message.

5. Install your MQL5.com Market purchases, by going to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases.


If you still can't see your purchase when you click the My Purchases option, check the below mentioned issues:

Make sure that:

  • that you have all the latest Windows Updates installed 
  • that you have Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge latest version installed on your computer or VPS
  • that you are using the latest build of MetaTrader 4/5
  • that you are logged into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab, using your login - NOT your email
  • that your MQL5 account password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change MQL5 account password here)

In case you still don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close ALL your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open the MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install your product again

I did everything and check it but still nothing. in Journal it says Activated. everything look good but still no.

BTW. my computer is windows 11 my broker is fbs-real
