Android and iOS powered devices offer us many features we do not even know about. One of these features is push notifications allowing us to receive personal messages, regardless of our phone number or mobile network operator. MetaTrader mobile terminal already can receive such messages right from your trading robot. You should only know MetaQuotes ID of your device. More than 9 000 000 mobile terminals have already received it.

It looks like you have airplane mode enabled on your phone which generally disables all wireless connections. A wireless connection is likely required for the Mobile app to retrieve an ID.

Sorry for leaving my conclusion out of my last post.

Try turning off airplane mode on your phone... and then reinstall the Mobile app.

The ID is not generated here on mql5.com. Each installation of the Mobile app creates a new ID within that installation (see my Post #1). I really don't see how anything else could mimic that.

Yesterday, I uninstalled and reinstalled MT5, but I couldn’t find any brokers or see my ID. I tried many times but still failed. I even turned off airplane mode, but it didn’t help. It’s really frustrating.

contact support. They might be able to reset the id or the server that hold your id.

Are there any error messages?

Does the broker search work in the add account window?
