Can I Share My Telegram ID with a Client?

Hi everyone, I’m new to freelancing on MQL5, but I have solid experience in building bots and indicators. I’m currently speaking with a potential client who wants to move the conversation to Telegram.
I’ve read that MQL5 rules don’t allow sharing personal contact details before an order is placed. I previously lost my Fiverr profile over a similar rule, so I really don’t want to risk anything here.
Can someone please confirm, is it allowed to share my Telegram ID? Or should I strictly keep the conversation within the MQL5 chat?
