Refund issue

 
Hello! Pls I have a problem, I completed this job since may, all of a sudden, customer started asking for refund, and asked a system worker to restrict me until I settle, I could not apply for jobs again. I aske the system officer to test my product to see that i is working and I do not own a refund but they wont, customer agreed a $50 refund, I asked to remove from my acct to refund him, they couldn't again.. and said I must settle him off platform, I then tried to withdraw and see that I am unable to,that i have been ongoing verification for over 3 days now (since I am aware). I do not have money elsewhere, how do I tackle this ill treatment? 
 
Nobody would restrict you if there was nothing wrong in the Freelance section, contact the Service Desk to find out more and resolve this please.

It depends on how much work you're willing to do over $50. I would write up a settlement agreement and send it for the customer to sign. Upon your receipt of the signed settlement, you send a $50 check to the customer. Then forward an image of the cleared check and the agreement to System.*

I have not been able to withdraw from all my jobs, so money is tight outside

Why?

Maybe something is wrong with your MQL5 account in general, ask the Service Desk about that too.
