The purchase EA runs only on one account, and deactived on other. Is that normal?
On a single platform, you can have a single account logged in.
So, for using the purchased EA on multiple accounts, you need to install multiple platforms, and to download the EA from each one, using one activation for each one.

check that the terminals are signed into your mql5 account.
