These are mostly project managers. They are not customers themselves... You cannot really stay away from them. Sometimes you have to work for them and in case they do not pay you, you will have to open arbitration case.
note: one way to avoid them is proposing true prices for jobs not minimum prices.

I think they showed be kicked out
Once we started chatting on Telegram, he asked for my bank account information so he could send the payment directly.
Beware of Scammers!
Do not trust suspicious offers, such as selling your products at inflated prices for a commission or artificially boosting your account statistics. Scammers often use these schemes to launder and cash out money from unknown or illegal sources.
Avoid engaging in such activities, as they can result in financial losses and the blocking of your account.

Despite the red flags, I decided to continue with the work since the project budget was already secured. After completing the work according to his requirements, I sent him the file so he could test it. But this dude doesn’t even want to test—it’s like I’m forcing him to do so. Then yesterday, after I followed up again and asked how things were going, he suddenly claimed that it wasn’t what he wanted.

Hello MQL5 Developers,
I’d like to ask for your advice on how to handle situations like the one I recently encountered.
A client posted a job requesting an arrow indicator that doesn’t repaint and has no offset. Based on his description, I was confident I could deliver what he needed. He selected me for the job, and we agreed to proceed.
However, I informed him that I could not begin the project until the job was properly secured—meaning the project budget should be held by MQL5 as a frozen asset (as per the platform’s standard procedure). He then claimed he was having issues with his bank and couldn’t make the payment at that time. Shortly afterward, he shared his Telegram handle and asked me to contact him there.
Once we started chatting on Telegram, he asked for my bank account information so he could send the payment directly. At that point, I became suspicious and suspected he might be trying to scam me. I told him I would block him if he continued down that path.
A few days later, I noticed he posted the same job again—this time as a personal job sent directly to me, but from a different account. This new account showed his location as Mexico, not Nigeria as previous one. When I asked about this, he claimed the job was for a friend. He also told me not to communicate through MQL5 and instead to send the completed indicator via Telegram once I was done.
I’m honestly confused by this man’s behavior.
Fellow developers, how can I get myself out of this mess without going through arbitration? I really want to avoid damaging my portfolio or reputation on the platform.
