I’m encountering an error when trying to make a deposit on my MQL5 account using my UBA Visa card (issued in Mali). The following message appears:

"Operation unavailable. You can write to Service Desk for any questions."

Could you please confirm if Visa card payments issued by UBA Mali are currently supported?

I need to fund my account in order to rent a VPS, but I’m blocked at the payment step.

Please let me know whether the issue is with my card, my account, or a temporary system limitation.
