Account Temporarily Banned from sending Messages but Service desk auto reply keeps saying its not banned

I am having trouble contacting Service desk. Their auto reply feature does not allow us to contact someone.

The messages area will not allow me to reply to anyone.

If account was temporarily banned from sending Messages so you can see something in the the moment you are sending this message:
"timed out ..." or similar ...

For example: 

Forum on trading, automated trading systems and testing trading strategies

Deleted topic "Error :: Timed out in 5 sec in messages"

When I have "Time Out MQL5 5 Second" error (because I am making the messages in the channel in quick way withiut waiting for example)
so I switch my router off and I use mobile internet for few hours (or for half a day) without any error.
After that I switch the router to be ON and connect to my main internet provider, and everything is fine.

I reboot my router also.

 
It seems I am ok now... Thank you... I am able to reply to messages today.
