Make sure you have a stable connection to your broker's server by checking the status in the bottom right corner of your MT5 terminal.
Also, review the 'Journal' tab in the Toolbox window for any error messages or disconnection notices.
Next, confirm that you're viewing the correct charts for the active symbols on your trading account. Some brokers use symbol suffixes (for example EURUSD.m), so you’ll need to open the exact chart versions provided by your broker.
You can view and enable available symbols via MT5 >> View >> Symbols.

Hey, thank you for your response.
As you can see in the screenshot, there's no issue in the 'Journal' tab.
As for my network connection, it's stable and should be pretty fast (speedtest was 33Mbps on average), however as per the screenshots, MT5 has been loading forever. I don't really know what the loading is for exactly but yeah my charts are still stuck on yesterday's data.
The symbol is correct, I traded it yesterday when it was working fine and I had no issue whatsoever.

All 3 servers are showing N/A which means not available and the connection triangle is still spinning which means that there is no connection with your broker.
You can see that from the frequent connections/disconnections in the Journal log.
Contact your broker, this is clearly a broker or trading account issue.

Hey,
I finally figured it out, I was the problem. My network blocks communications to certain external servers and my firm's server was one of them.
Changed my network rules and it's working now. Thank you for your time.

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the MT5 platform of PC and I'd like your help on this matter. My charts are showing outdated date, they're stuck on yesterday's.
I've read some posts on the forum and some say restart your pc, reinstall MT5, make sure you're connected... I've double checked all this and the charts are still frozen.
I've also seen some people say it might be the broker but I don't see how that's possible because when I open MT5 on my browser through the broker it works just fine. The charts work fine on my phone as well, never had this problem.
The problem really is the MT5 platform .exe, it's the only one giving me issues and it's unfortunate because it's a good platform. Worth noting that it worked just fine yesterday, even took a trade with no issues.
Can anyone help me with this please ?
