I agree with Oleksandr. The Mac version is not truly native, it's more of a marketing workaround.
MetaTrader was originally built for Windows, and while it can run on macOS through various methods, these usually involve extra effort and limited support.
If you want a stable experience, Parallels with Windows is probably your best option.
