Unable to access account, even after password reset

 

Hello,

I have had to create this separate account on MQL - my actual main MQL account is -AZ-

Since Friday last week, all of a sudden, I am unable to access my main account: it initially stated that the password was incorrect, which was very strange - and the first thought I had was that someone somehow managed to get hold of my account password. However, I soon found out that password resets do not work either: a fresh password reset displayed the same error; additionally, I intentionally waited a few hours before trying to enter the account, and even the whole weekend: as it turns out, I am still unable to access my account with fresh password resets.

Last thing I was doing at the end of the week was talking to tech support about having a language issue while updating my signal description.

sounds like a issue for support. The moderators will not be able to help you. See at bottom of each page of this website a link "Contacts and Requests".

 

I have opened a support request ticket - will see what they say.

It would be good if they could implement a method of contacting support in such a scenario, because as it stands - based on the options available via the site chat bot - it's a closed loop: the only option is to open a new account with MQL to receive support about another account... In the event of some massive login issue across many accounts, MQL would get flooded with new accounts, just to request for support about accounts that already exist...
