It's not that I refused, it's just that I was familiar with the Python implementation and had never used AlgLib before. Another, more compelling reason - I wanted to make it possible to run any Python program within the automatic optimisation pipeline. Therefore, the use of clustering was used as an example of one of the possible programs.
