MQL5.com cannot be accessed from Thailand. No matter what network in Thailand, it cannot be accessed. It has been like this since yesterday.

I have checked carefully with my internet service provider in Thailand.

is still cant access mine, still using vpn,
I already had this problem and solved with vps
Have the same problem.
The website and metatester are temporary blocked by ISP. 

The most strangest is, it is blocked only 4-5h and come back again. 

Making metatester to have disruption and disconnection, as well as corrupted data that wont allow the cloud server to reconnect. 

And make a lot of hours lost making update and cleaning the datas to restart. 

Most of time, it happen during the start of london and us session. 

From 8h london to 15h london. 
The most painfull is the us start with a delay of ping who can be up more than 4500 ms
