Migration of VPS Server

Hi, I had originally subscribed to a VPS server for a broker located in New York. This was a 12 month subscription. I have changed my broker now and the new broker has the server in London. While I have been able to migrate my VPS to the new broker, the VPS is still located in New York and connecting to London all the way from New York. How can I request for this VPS subscription to be moved to London, so it is co-located with my broker server for minimum latency?

You can only ask such MQL5 VPS relocations from the Service Desk nowadays, so please contact and ask them.

Thank you Eleni for getting back to me so quickly. 

I did log a request with the service desk and I got a message from them saying that they only deal with issues related to financial transactions. For this technical matter they asked me to log a message in the forum and redirected me here. Hence this request here.

Try to select the appropriate answers sequence in the Service Desk bot to request for one.

Hi, if I close my IPhone or put on standby my macBook Pro, it all discontinued. I have Paralles to enter in Windows 11, the first two days, everything runned ok, but afterward. no signal at all. I'm customer of Sureshot, that ask dll.

The wifi is perfect, but it continue to disconnect and connect, and this let me. lose al of the signals.

it seems clear that I'm not IN the VPS.

Whaat do you think I should do?

If your EA requires DLL calls, it will not be migrated onto MQL5 VPS.

DLL calls are not allowed in MQL5 VPS, because they can be harmful.

HI,

I use MQL5 VPS, lately im facing lot of issues on migration proccess, due to this message: " Virtual Hosting 6840372: failed to send migration data [1003] (tls - read timeout for 45000 ms) ".

Is it any solution regarding this issue? maybe change of the server or something like that?

Yes, may be (you can ask service desk for example).
But it is related to to your local/home computer so it will not help ...

Anyway, you can try ...
