Request to remove account restrictions
Dear Support Team,
I am the owner of an MQL5 account KATSUYA_2498
Your account is currently restricted and you are unable to withdraw funds, update your profile information or perform any financial transactions.
This limitation may be due to internal fund transfers between my own accounts, however this was done solely for the purpose of structuring the EA. No third parties were involved.
I respectfully request a manual review and ask that the restriction be lifted.
