Unreasonable and suspicious review

Hello, I have been trying to create a tool(Utilities) in MetaTrader for several months and put it on the market, but someone rents it for $30 and after 1 hour, gives a very bad review (1 star). I have messaged him several times to find out what the problem is. But he does not respond. It is not fair at all and I am suspicious of this person's action. Is there a way to review his work? They should not be allowed to destroy other people's products for $30 without reason.

Them not responding may be due to them being offline or not familiar with this website , it does not mean there should be suspicion 100%

However , they do seem to be posting one start reviews most of the time if not always

I believe that I've found the customer at issue, and I have to agree.

More of an incessantly roving holygrailian in discontent than a dirty competitor.

Either the Linux/Windows terminal (command prompt) is an artificial intelligence, or the review is not without reason (in my personal opinion)

Report the review via the "Complaint" button on your product page and contact the MQL5 Service Desk here. Explain the situation clearly — fast bad review, no response, possible abuse.
