What can I do in this situation?
contact the service desk. They can reset the seller application, so you can do it again. But this time use a better phone, and use wifi for internet. That is how i got it right the 3rd time.

Please allow me that I've something to say about sumsub verification. After every few days there'll be a verification failure showing in the forum. My verification failed too. When verifying, my selfie was verified, ID was verified, but when comes to application data it failed. I only put my email and mobile phone as application data in Mql5. I left a review in Trustpilot but no use, Sumsub didn't do anything to fix. My guess was that few years ago I registered few websites, including Gemini Com which got hacked, and my email address was leaked, therefore Sumsub marked me as a risky customer. My email was leaked but my email password was not, they don't have access to my email. Many internet security software will show in their data privacy section that whether your email was leaked or not. I felt like I was being victimized twice, firstly by Gemini Com and then by Sumsub.
