like I said...nothing happens when I confirm the mql5 installation...I have no other choice?!?
The market products are downloaded and installed directly from Metatrader (not from webpage).
Because the installation is made directly from Metatrader without showcase/webpage.That is why I asked you about Community tab filling in Metatrader, about "what was written in Metatrade journal" and so on ...
Using this webpage - you can select the product, and after that - write the name of the product on the top right corner of Metatrader in search, and install it from your Metatrader.
Have you tried using the direct Metaquotes MT5 installation? If it works there, you'll know that it's an issue with your broker-dealer.

MT5 provided by a broker-dealer can have its own problems.
