This is probably because your broker uses some other symbol with some suffix for the CADJPY instrument.

As you can see the XAUUSD trade was executed, only the forex symbol had this issue.

Check other symbol options in MT5 >> View >> Symbols or contact your broker about it.

It is also advisable to download and install the custom/branded MT5 terminal from your broker's website and not use that of another broker.
