How do I get assistance from support? The MQL5 helper has automated response that have nothing to do with my issue. Please help me get through to someone in support, I need human assistance.

Yes the option is there but it takes you to the MQL5 helper bot which does not help me in this case.

This used to work in the past I don't know now why  it is so hard to get through to human support.

If you answer the questions in a logical sequence you will either find a solution or be able to open a ticket with the Service Desk.

As far as I know - the refund is possible in case you did not activate the products and you canceled it within 7 days since purchase date.
But as you already activated so no official refund.

You can only write to the service desk asking them for advice (just tell them that it is not working and provide the proofs for that).
