Can some one advise the reason behind register as seller request rejection?

Sorry for the rejection  - automated systems can be strict, MQL5 doesn’t disclose specific causes.

We’re all regular users like yourself and don’t have direct access to MQL5 internal procedures.

You can write to the service desk and ask if regional restrictions or documentation issues might have triggered the rejection.

Since that your profile rating is so low, you will need to increase your rating before they will consider your application. I am almost certain of this because of reading threads in the past.

There may be other issues besides.
