This is something only your broker can do, but they do not necessarily do it because of regulations.

Or, you can block the email / redirect any email with "Daily confirmation" to spam, this is the easiest solution.

As far as I know it can't be done automatically, though if my memory is good you can export the data from your account directly as CSV from MetaTrader.

Otherwise, you can code a small Python script to parse the email attachement to CSV, it should be fairly simple.

if my memory serves, you might be able to save your email on desktop and then open the html or email with excel and save it as your csv format.

Or, open your email in your browser, and with mouse select all of the lines in the table-statment and then open excel and paste the data to excel and then save as csv.

If you dont have excel, there is many free program options in the ms store and on google.
