MQL5 VPS button greyed out

I was trying to rent a new vps for my VantageInternational-Live account, but in Metatrader 5 terminal, the vps button was greyed out. All my other brokers' vps are working fine. I wonder why?

1. you can only signup for the mt5 vps within mt5 itself.

2. maybe that terminal with the grey button isnt signed into community?

Login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community as Michael already suggested.

Hi, thank you all for the reply. I was signed into the community. The vps button mysterically not greyed out now. I have no idea why.

if it happens again, check the journal, you may have had error 403 or other error.
