why i can't set or get to see any push notification for my open orders, closed orders, trades etc on my MT5 mobile app ? How to set that ?

Depending on the settings provided by the broker with whom the selected account is opened, notifications may include information about orders, deals, deposits, and withdrawals. The broker can disable notifications completely, in which case the option will not be available.
If SendNotifications() and/or sending from a desktop terminal do not work, then it makes sense to check the MQID and the availability of *.mql5.com from the terminal network.
