Freelance negotiable budget

Hi,

I'm creating a Freelance order right now, with negotiable budget, say 30-100 dollars. I don't have enough money in my account - in order to continue with the order, do I need at least 30 dollars in the account, or the full 100?

You don't have to have any money on your account balance to create a freelance job. You can top up your balance after you agree on a budget with the selected developer.
