Can't Attach My Custom EA to MT4 (No Errors, But Not Working)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble attaching my custom Expert Advisor (EA) to MT4. I’ve written a VWAP Scalping Strategy and saved the .mq4 file in the MQL4/Experts/ folder. I also compiled it in MetaEditor, and there were no errors. However, when I try to attach the EA to a chart, nothing happens.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:
✔ The file is in the correct folder ( MQL4/Experts/ )
✔ EA is visible in the Navigator under Expert Advisors
✔ No errors when compiling in MetaEditor
✔ AutoTrading is enabled ( Ctrl+E )
✔ "Allow automated trading" is checked in Tools > Options > Expert Advisors
✔ Checked the Experts and Journal tabs for errors (but found nothing)
✔ My MT4 account is connected and active

Despite all of this, the EA simply won’t attach to the chart. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Try it in a 2nd mt4 install.
