I did find your topic "Unable to connect to terminal past 48 hours", posted 5 days ago, via a Google search, but the link is no longer valid.

I do remember seeing it, but none of the moderators removed it, and it is also not currently in any of our system records.

It must have been deleted due to a system malfunction during a maintenance cycle.

According to the Google preview text, the post started as follows:

"Not sure what may have changed but I am unable to connect to my broker's terminal in the past 48 hours. I am operating on a Windows 2019 VPS."

I have been using a VPS server for several years without any issues. I heard it was banned but it wasn't affecting me other than not being able to access the market but since my processes run on python and without the need of any chart indicators or EA it was not an issue for me. Something happened after my terminal updated to  4866. Since I have not being able to connect to terminal. I turned off all firewalls / virus protection but to no avail. Server support cannot figure it out either. They said "The server can connect to your broker but the terminal cannot retrieve data. Unfortunately, I still don't know which network data or packet is failing. We don't have information about what data is being transferred." 

I can connect via mobile and via physical windows computer using same credentials so I know it is not an issue with broker. My gut tells me I have no choice but retrieve all my files and find a different VPS provider.
